Design project with detailed calculations. All electrical and plumbing work has been accounted for, and everything corresponds to the dimensions in the plans.

1st floor
The kitchen is fully built-in with Blum soft-close mechanisms, Italian matte scratch-resistant cabinet fronts, and a tip-on system; the countertop is made of high-strength, heat-resistant Lapitek stone. Oven, microwave, and induction cooktop—all the latest models from Samsung. Built-in Electrolux dishwasher. The sink is quiet and made of metal; it features a dual faucet for filtered and tap water, complete with a removable rubber hose and a water flow regulator.
An extendable kitchen table made of stone and kitchen chairs made of eco-leather, all from the Italian company Calligaris.
The living room is designed in a modern minimalist style, with large-format porcelain stoneware tiles of various textures on the wall, giving it an incredibly stylish and practical look. Built into the wall is an electric fireplace with realistic-looking logs and flames, capable of both heating and blowing warm air. An LG OLED TV hangs on the wall. A large (3.5 m) comfortable pull-out sofa is located in the lounge area; the fabric is high-quality, custom-ordered, and easy to clean—stains can be effortlessly removed with a regular cloth or napkin. There is a built-in bar with LED lighting and glass doors framed in a matte black metal frame.
Hallway. The front door features Italian locks. The hallway includes a built-in closet, a pouf for seating, and shoe cabinets.

Bedroom. The built-in closet fits perfectly, featuring matte fronts and a tip-on system that makes it virtually invisible. The bed is custom-made from the same fabric as the living room sofa, featuring a large, soft headboard and a sturdy lift mechanism. The walls are covered in wallpaper, and a designer panel hangs above the headboard. The curtains are blackout.
The stairs are cast in concrete, making them completely silent; the cladding is custom-made from wood. The lighting is motion-activated and illuminates in the direction you’re going as you ascend or descend.
Under the stairs is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, a 100-liter water heater (there is a second one in the bathroom on the second floor), and shelves for laundry supplies.
The apartment has an alarm system and security cameras on the first and second floors. Each room has air conditioning.
2nd Floor
Three children’s rooms, each with a closet, a desk with drawers and shelves, air conditioning, and a TV. The beds have soft headboards and are custom-made from high-quality, easy-to-wash fabric.
