ABOUT THE PROJECT
“Residential District A10” is a new project from the company “AKVAREL.” It consists
of low-rise, 5- to 9-story neighborhood developments based on the “city within a city” concept,
spanning 16 hectares with gated and secure residential neighborhoods.
FEATURES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
“Residential District A10” offers comfort-class housing; the developer has
has placed special emphasis on the neighborhood layout, which offers a number of advantages:
- For residents’ safety, gated neighborhoods have been designed—vehicles
and unauthorized persons are not permitted inside. A separate area along the perimeter of the neighborhood will be designated for cars.
There will also be 24/7 security and video surveillance.
- Commercial spaces can only be accessed from the outside of the building, which
means there will be no “unauthorized” people on the premises;
- Thanks to the appropriate type of development, the blocks do not become purely residential
areas—all necessary establishments
and facilities are within walking distance for residents, and the open spaces between the blocks are occupied by pedestrian paths and
parks for strolling.

The main highlight of the “A10 Residential District” is a huge central pedestrian promenade with
greenery and landscaped design, which stretches throughout the entire
district.
