Description

Parents of young children can enroll their kids in the “Umnichka” preschool, located practically right at the building’s entrance, and within a 10–13-minute walk are nurseries No. 5, No. 11, and No. 268, as well as the “Zhirafenok” Child Development Center. The municipal schools closest to the complex—No. 92 and No. 73—are a 4–6-minute walk away, while Schools No. 24, No. 40, No. 15, and Gymnasium No. 7 are an 8–9-minute drive away.

You can exercise in the courtyard, which features bike paths and a sports area equipped with exercise machines, or at one of the nearby fitness centers: the “Malibu” gym is a 4-minute walk away, the MAX gym is an 8-minute walk away, and the “Vertikal” fitness club is an 11-minute walk away.

Medical facilities within a 7–8-minute drive of the complex include Children’s Polyclinic No. 2 and the Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital.
