The nearest shopping center, “Izumrud,” is a 9-minute walk away. It takes 3–5 minutes by car to reach the “Semya,” “Kotovskiy,” “Equator,” and the “Riviera” shopping and entertainment center, which, in addition to a variety of specialty stores, features an “Auchan” grocery hypermarket, the City Bowling entertainment center, the Rich Sport roller rink, the “Leopark” family entertainment center, the Kinostar movie theater, and a food court.

For young children, within a 3–5-minute drive from the Crystal Lux residential complex, there are nursery schools No. 43, No. 2, No. 5, and No. 268, as well as preschool No. 292. Parents of schoolchildren can choose the “Interactive” private school or one of the educational institutions located 4–6 minutes by car from the complex. These are Schools No. 73, No. 13, No. 14, and No. 92.

For a workout, it’s a 5-minute walk to the “Derby” sports complex or a 4-minute drive to the Fitstyle gym. Another advantage of the Crystal Lux residential complex’s location is that it’s a 9-minute drive to Kryzhanovsky Beach and an 11-minute drive to the “Tartus” recreation center.
