Urban Market was developed by the ZELEMIN team—one of Ukraine’s leading architectural studios, which received four prestigious industry awards in 2018–2019.The studio is led by an architectural dynasty and staffed by professional designers and experienced urban planners. The project implements the overall development strategy for the district and serves as a logical continuation of the ARTVILLE comfort-class residential community.Urban Market is a large-scale, ambitious project that ZELEMIN, together with the developer ZEZMAN, is submitting in 2020 for the Ukrainian Urban Award.
Urban Market’s commercial and social infrastructure meets most of the needs of residents of the ARTVILLE and KEKS communities, nearby residential complexes, and workers at the “7 km” industrial market. Infrastructure of this caliber has never before been designed or implemented in Odesa.
